Halo: Combat Evolved's staff is for the most part active with the community still. On their social media, many of them post new information about the behind the scenes of the Halo franchise. We highly recommend checking in with their social media to possibly see some of the latest regarding the making of Halo.

Marcus Lehto's Twitter Marcus Lehto is the co-creator of the Halo universe, a former creative director at Bungie and the artist responsible for Master Chief. He's currently president and game director at V1 Interactive, which recently released its debut title, sci-fi FPS Disintegration.

Marty O'Donnell's Twitter Martin O'Donnell is an American composer known for his work on video game developer Bungie's series, such as Myth, Oni, Halo, and Destiny. O'Donnell collaborated with his musical colleague Michael Salvatori for many of the scores; he has also directed voice talent and sound design for the Halo trilogy.

Paul Russel's Twitter Paul Russel was an employee of Bungie who served as an Environmental Artist for Halo: Combat Evolved, Halo 2, Halo 3, Halo 3: ODST and Halo: Reach. Russel came up with the series title "Halo", and has been said to be "The father of Halo". He is largely responsible for the Forerunner and human military architectural styles and decoration in the Halo series.

Shiek Kai Wang's Twitter Tom Foolery Expert at Bungie since the 1990s. One of the key artists for both the Halo and Destiny franchises.

Jaime Griesemer's Twitter Jaime Griesemer is a video game designer and was a senior employee at Bungie Studios. He served as a designer for Halo: Combat Evolved and a design lead for Halo 2. Later left to cofound Highwire Games with other Bungie veterans.

David Candland's Twitter David Candland was an interface designer and artist for Halo. He was credited as a user interface designer for Halo: Combat Evolved and then user interface artist and user interface designer for Halo 2.

Christopher Barrett's Twitter Chris started at Bungie in 1999 after contributing to Myth II and Myth II: Chimera. He was an artist on Halo, Environment Art Director for Halo 2 and 3, and is Art Director of Destiny.

Lorraine McLees's Twitter Lorraine McLees is a senior employer at Bungie, working as an art director, graphic designer and illustrator. She is married to Robert McLees, a former Bungie employee.
